Momos are a popular Tibetan dumpling dish. They are usually filled with a variety of vegetables, meats, and spices. With these tips and tricks, you can make delicious momos every time. 

Choose the Right Dough: The key to perfect momos and kebabs is to choose the right dough. For the traditional Tibetan dish, you should use a dough made with all-purpose flour and water. This type of dough will give the momos a slight chewiness that is perfect for the dish. 

Fillings:  When it comes to momo fillings, the possibilities are endless. You can use a variety of vegetables, meats, and spices. Popular fillings include cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and pork.
